1. Coordinate with your supervisor to download and complete DD Form 2875 - System Authorization Access Request (SAAR);
when prompted, save the form as LastnameFirstinitial_2875 (example: SnuffyJ_2875.pdf):

NOTE: USER ID is a 16-digit number; DO NOT add a + symbol between the two.

2. Upload and route your completed DD Form 2875 through GEARS IAW these instructions.
