Initial Network Access
1. Inprocess the Brigade S-6 in Room 18 of the Brigade Headquarters (2717 McLain Street); a tech will assist to:
a. Update DMDC IDCO profile.
b. Update ATCTS profile.
c. Ensure DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge and Army IT User Agreement have been completed within the past year and are reflected on the ATCTS profile; if either will expire within the next month, complete on the US Army Cyber Security Training Center website - it should update completion to your ATCTS profile within 3 business days.
d. If you complete the training on JKO, ensure you update your profile as follows:
1) Branch of Service: Army.
2) Primary Organization: click Select Primary Organization, search USA, then scroll down (way down - its listed alphabetically) to and select USA - United States Army, then click Select Organization.
3) It can take up to a week to update training completion to your ATCTS profile from JKO.
e. Ensure user has a fully qualified DD Form 2875 on file in ATCTS profile; if not, follow the instructions here.
2. A 128AB Entitlement Manager will verify user's Army 365 (@army.mil) entitlement; if user does not have an Army 365 account, EM will complete request and submit to USAACE G6 Army 365 Entitlement Managers - account access takes approximately 4-24 hours after account has been provisioned.
Disabled Account
1. If your network account or your computer account has been disabled for inactivity, simply drop by the Brigade S-6 so we can verify the issue and work to enable your account.
2. If you know you are going to be gone for more than 30 days, submit a service request requesting your netowrk account and/or your computer account be placed in the Deployed Universal Security Group to prevent it from being disabled; include your computer name in the service request. Note: If you are taking your computer with you, ensure you use the Start Before Logon (SBL) option and you can skip this process; for information on how to use SBL, bring your laptop computer to the Brigade S-6.
3. If your network account has been disabled for expired Cyber Awareness Challenge training or expired IT User Agreement, you will have to complete the DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge and Army IT User Agreement on the US Army Cyber Security Training Center website; completion must be reflected on your ATCTS profile before your account can be enabled.
4. If your CAC is locked, you will need to reset your CAC PIN; you can reset your PIN at the ID Card Office (Building 650), the Brigade S-6, or 1-222d Aviation Regiment S-1.
