Student Reporting Procedures

Aviation Soldiers reporting for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) with the 128th Aviation Brigade, Fort Eustis, Virginia, during their initial Entry Training (IET) for Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) beginning with the number 15 should follow the instructions below:

1. Soldiers attending AIT for MOS 15F10, 15H10, and 15R10 will be assigned to A Company, 1-222nd Aviation Regiment and should report to 2304 Marshall Street; the phone number for the Charge of Quarters (CQ) is (757) 878-4568/4762.

2. Soldiers attendindg AIT for MOS 15D10, 15N10, and 15Y10 will be assigned to B Company, 1-222nd Aviation Regiment and should report to 2308 Jackson Street; the phone number for the Charge of Quarters (CQ) is (757) 878-4858.

3. Soldiers attending AIT for MOS 15T10 will be assigned to C Company, 1-222nd Aviation Regiment and should report to 2301 Marshall Street; the phone number for the CQ is (757) 878-6262.

4. Soldiers attending AIT for MOS 15B10, 15G10, and 15U10 will be assigned to D Company, 1-222nd Aviation Regiment and should report to 2303 Marshall Street; the phone number for the CQ is (757) 878-2532.

5. Soldiers not in their IET period, transitioning to a 15-series MOS, or attending Aviation Warrant Officer and ASI courses taught by 128th Aviation Brigade will be assigned to F Company, 1-222nd Aviation Regiment and should report to 2307 Jackson Street; for more information, check out Hotel Company on milBook.

NCOs attending NCO Professional Development Courses conducted by the USAACE NCO Academy - Fort Eustis:

2. Reporting procedures are as follows:

PHASE ONE - All students will report at 1300 EST via Microsoft Teams on their respective Phase One report date as reflected in ATRRS. If experiencing technical difficulties, the student must contact their respective Small Group Leader (SGL). A fully authorized and signed DD From 1610 needs to be uploaded to Blackboard before you report. You have 72 hours after reporting to have all the proper documents uploaded; if they are not in compliance, you will be dismissed from the course.

PHASE TWO - All students will report in uniform to the USAACE NCO Academy - Eustis, 2730 Madison Avenue, Fort Eustis, Virginia, from 0900-1500 on their respective Phase Two report date as reflected in ATRRS. If unable to report during that time frame, the student must make prior coordination with their respective Small Group Leader (SGL). Failure to make prior coordination could result in a delayed action of in-processing or drop from the course for failure to report.

Transportation Soldiers attending AIT or IET with the US Army Transportation School (MOS 88H10, 88K10/20, 88L10/20, 88P10, 88T10, and 88U10) will be assigned to E Company, 266th QM Bn, and should report to building 810; the phone number for the CQ is (757) 878-1535 (DSN 826-1535).
